The conclusion

It is time to take the responsibility of the history in our hands. Do not make mistakes that leave marked to future generations. Our descendants will be charged with the acts of our signatures, our laws, our initiative. I don't think it is fair to continue under the same system, acting as beings without consciousness. WE ARE ALL CHILDREN OF THE SAME WORLD. Poor of those watching from afar, of those who do good and nobody sees it.Change of address, because this map only tells me that we are going toward the south. People, people just need to walk toward the north, not ignoring the past, but by redressing. Those people that history needs, we are we, who are present, the future. We are who we are, but we will be what we went and we did. I am going to us, because I believe in you. I want to change the story, and I want to invite you to that you're part of the peace and not of war.

The five most important wars of the 20th century: The Russian Revolution (1917)

The Russian Revolution (1917): the great Russian Revolution was a powerful political movement, social and economic, which broke out in the year 1917 in the Russian Empire. It is considered, by the momentous consequences that derive from it, as one of the biggest events of the contemporary era and, in turn, as one of the most memorable events in the history of mankind.

This revolution, which was led, almost exclusively, by workers, peasants and soldiers, that is to say, by the same people, resulted in the collapse of the dynasty of the despotic Tsars, with Nicholas II his last sovereign, which meant the abolition of the absolutist system until then prevailing, at the same time that also caused the establishment of a government of communist nature, led by a group of Bolsheviks (partisan, in majority, of the doctrine of Karl Marx, of radical trend), which was supreme head Lenin (Vladimir Ilich Ulianov) and strong political revolutionary.

The State that as well, organized in the form of a Federal Socialist Republic, headed by committees of workers called Soviets, that is to say that the working class assumed, as well, the direction of the government of Russia. Lenin made a speech to raise the working masses russian. (Graph) The triumph of the Russian Revolution, meant, therefore, the transformation of a feudal state in one of the greatest nations on earth.

This is the last war in which I shall speak. I hope that you will stay with me until the conclusion of this blog. We continue learning from the war, let us continue tinkering with what is already broke. Let us be part of the solution and not part of the problem. A hug!

The five most important wars of the 20th century: The Vietnam War (1964-1975)

Conflict in the Indochina peninsula that took place between mid-fifties and the mid-seventies and that faced to the USA and the government of South Vietnam on the one hand, against North Vietnam and the Communist guerrillas operating in South Vietnam by another. The end of the war also spreading to Laos and Cambodia. The Vietnam war was the longest in American history, meant to this country an experience of failure and frustration, still, without a doubt, the most serious failure of US in the cold war.

The beginning of American involvement goes back to the beginning of the fifties when they supported the desperate attempts of France to maintain its colonial presence in Indochina against the communist forces of the Vietminh. The French defeat and the Geneva Accords of 1954, which enshrined the partition of Vietnam in two, led to Washington will dump its support in the anticommunist regime of Vgo Dinh Diem in South Vietnam that facing the North Vietnam communist, supported by the USSR

The defeat was a real trauma for USA 58,000 dead, 300,000 injured, hundreds of thousands of soldiers with a wide drug addiction and with serious problems of adaptation to the civilian life, the wounded pride of power ... What came to be called the "Vietnam syndrome" was in the short term a great reluctance to outside military intervention on the part of the American power.

We can cultivate awareness on the deaths, on the consequences. It is not fair that despite the victory, well, the so-called victory, that the life of the people. No one gives life to anyone, who will then take the lives of the people. Where is the conscience of the "great powers", where is the country worship, where is the peace. If we have love, we look for peace and reject the war under any condition. For this reason, we continue knowing the mistakes of the past, so as not to become our mistakes of the future! Until then! A hug!

The five most important wars of the 20th century: Cold War (1947-1991)

The concept of "Cold War" refers to the long and open rivalry that faced United States and the Soviet Union and their respective allies after the Second World War. This conflict was the key to the global international relations for nearly half a century and book fronts in the political, economic and propagandistic, but only a very limited impact on the military front.

The reason that the "cold war" did not become "hot" was the advent of nuclear weapons. Prior to the pump, the war was, as Clausewitz said, "a continuation of politics by other means, after Hiroshima, direct confrontation between the powers led to the general catastrophe.

The growing nuclear arsenals that the superpowers were accumulating direct prevented a war that no one would have won. But the United States and the USSR and its allies used intimidation, propaganda, subversion, the war through local allies filed ...

Initiated clearly and definitively in 1947, after a process of rapid deterioration in the relations between the former allies, the cold war was at its zenith in 1948-53. After various periods of détente and confrontation, the arrival of Gorbachev to power in the USSR unleashed a process that will culminate with the disintegration of the USSR in 1991. The cold war was over.

Through this space, we have become witnesses of all these wars. We have seen why we are undertaking the crises that have damaged our humanity. Therefore, a crisis more harm if he would, if we would, if it could end up closing our humanity.Because "humanity" is not see millions of people, but to see people who feel as people, that they are pious of what exists in the world irrespective of anything; look, humanity is what is lost in each conflict of this magnitude. Hope you liked!

The five most important wars of the 20th century: World War I or "Great War"

This war had a development in Europe, beginning from the year 1914, and ended in the year 1918. It ended when Germany asked for an armistice. Consequently, in the year 1919 was signed the Treaty of Versailles. This treaty was broken by Germany in the Second World War.

The First World War was known to Americans as the "European War". The number of deaths as a result of this war, fluctuate around 9 million combatants. An important fact is that the First World War is regarded as one of the most deadly conflicts. This conflict was the trunk of several political conflicts with revolutionary purposes of those nations that were involved.

Received the world qualifier, because in it were involved all the major industrial powers and military of the time, divided into two opposing alliances. On the one hand was the Triple Alliance, formed by the Central Powers: the German Empire and austria-hungary. Italy, who had been a member of the Triple Alliance with Germany and austria-hungary , not joined the Central Powers, since Austria, against the agreed terms, was the aggressor nation that triggered the conflicto.12 On the other hand was the Triple Entente, formed by the United Kingdom, France and the Russian Empire. Both alliances suffered changes and several were the nations that would eventually entering the ranks of one side or the other as the war progressed: Italy, Japan and the United States joined the Triple Entente, while the Ottoman Empire, and Bulgaria joined the Central Powers (Triple Alliance). In total, more than 70 million of military personnel, including 60 million Europeans, have been mobilized, and fought in the larger war in history.

After the end of the war, four great empires ceased to exist, the German, Russian, austro-hungarian and ottoman. The successor States of the first two lost an important part of their former territories, while the latter two were dismantled. The map of Europe and its borders have changed completely and several nations became independent or were created.  In the heat of the First World War also masterminded the Russian Revolution, which concluded with the establishment of the first State of the self-proclaimed socialist history, the Soviet Union. It was founded the League of Nations, with the aim to avoid a conflict of this magnitude is a repeat. However, two decades after World War II broke out. Among the reasons can be pointed out: the rise of nationalism, a weakness of democratic States, the humiliation felt by Germany after its defeat, the great economic crisis and, above all, the rise of fascism.

It is amazing the power with which ended this war. We can say that it was the war that woke up the giant (Germany) that more hurt to humanity. That is why it is important to know the damage of evil, to have reasons and sufficient reasons for doing good. We continued up to the next, with the third most important war. Hope you liked.

Adolf Hitler (1889-1945)

The known Hitler was President and Chancellor of Germany for twelve years, between 1933 and 1945. He was leader of the German nationalist workers party (Nazi) and led a totalitarian regime during the period known as the Third Reich or nazi Germany. Hitler was who started World War II for the purpose of the expansion across Europe.

Hitler aimed to establish a new order based on the absolute hegemony of the nazi Germany on the European continent. Its foreign policy and interior aimed to seize the vital space for the Germanic peoples. It promoted the rearmament of Germany, and after the invasion of Poland by the German army on September 1, 1939, started the second world war. With these acts, Hitler violated the Treaty of 1919 Versailles that established the conditions of peace after the World War I.

Under the direction of Hitler, the German forces and their allies occupied most of Europe and North Africa in 1941. Those territorial gains gradually decreased after the battle of Stalingrad, until 1945, when the Allied armies defeated the German army. For racial reasons, Hitler was cause of the death of seventeen millions, including six million Jews and between half and million and means of Gypsies, in what was termed subsequently «Holocaust».

I invite you to delve into the history of Adolf Hitler. For my part, I consider it a male entrepreneur, wrestler and cult. Great skill was let for others, hatred and xenophobia which were to her around. Maybe, if I had been able to achieve being an artist as I wanted to, history would have been different. But unfortunately as Hitler became responsible for millions of deaths, of people who paid for his stupid idea to clean your country, as if he had cleaned it. The story does not change, and is recorded to always and always load its name all the names of those who died by it. Sad life that led, sad people who created it, sad that believed in the power of his word, sad that followed it, sad those who venerate him, sad will always be this story.

Below I attached them a movie that is worth analyzing it, Hitler's psychological profile tells a lot.

The five most important wars of the 20th century: World War II (1939-1945)

This conflict started between Germany and the Franco-British Alliance, but spread to affect the majority of the Nations of the planet. The second world war was a total war, therefore, were used all human and economic resources for each State. This conflict was unique in modern times by the fact of violence against the civilian population and the genocide (this was the extermination of Gypsies, Jews, homosexuals, among other groups). This episode or purpose of war, was caused by the (Nazi) Germany nationalist group.

The world powers were divided into two groups: the allies and the axis powers. In this all-out war were available to all economic, military and scientific resources.

One of the significant events of this war were: the Holocaust and the use of nuclear weapons. Taking around 50-70 million dead.

Among this huge war, were given more conflicts between power and power. At the end of this, to sum up a bit, the war in Europe ended with the capture of Berlin by Soviet and Polish troops. For this reason, the surrender of Germany took place on May 8, 1945. The Imperial Japanese Navy was defeated by the United States, and the invasion of the Japanese archipelago became imminent. After the bombing Atomic envelope Hiroshima and Nagasaki by United, the war in Asia ended on August 15, 1945 when Japan accepted unconditional surrender.

The war ended with total victory of the allies over the shaft. The second World War altered the political relations and the social structure of the world. The Organization of the United Nations (UN) was created by the conflagration to foster international cooperation and prevent future conflicts. The Soviet Union and the United States rose as rival superpowers, setting the stage for the Cold war, which lasted for the next 46 years. At the same time it declined the influence of the great European powers, materialized in the beginning of decolonization in Asia and Africa. The majority of the countries whose industries had been damaged initiated the economic recovery, while the political integration, especially in Europe, emerged as an effort to establish the postwar relationship.

Important fact: United States was the country most invested in this war. The approximate amount is $341,000 million. The second largest figure was $272,000 from Germany, the third largest number It was $192,000 of part of USSR. Britain ranks fourth with an amount of $120,000. While Italy contributed $94,000; and Japan, $56,000. This resulted in economic losses to many countries involved.

Weapons used in the World War II:

The panzers

The submarine U-moot

 The Spitfire

The aircraft carrier

Mitsubishi 6 AM Zero

The atomic bomb

The Bombing B 29

The flying bombs

See you later! the next entry will be about the most important character of this war: Adolfo Hitler. Also I attached a very interesting film about this event, from the perspective of the victims.

The Guerrilla War

The term “guerrilla” began to be used in Spain after the invasion of Napoleon Bonaparte. This conflict is between an army composed of soldiers of the profession and civilians. Therefore, it is an unequal war. This causes the attacks to be by means of tactics. The purpose of running for tactics is the harassment and attrition of the enemy.

In the "maquis" are taken as techniques: attacks fast and surprise, as before mentioned; infiltration and intercept communications, blasting facilities, bridges and roads, capturing weapons and provisions. All this have done so for several purposes throughout history. For example, for the year 1960 the purpose was national liberation. For this reason, United States Department of Defense and other treaties considered this conflict as low intensity movements, by the lack of territory to control and govern. This conflict has to happen in an area of difficult access. We also can say that the guerrilla movement is a movement that goes through three phases, the first is the mobilization of the peasantry and the establishment of the Organization, the second consists in the establishment of bases rural and increased coordination between the guerrillas and the third is the transition to a conventional war.

I think the "guerrilla" as a mechanism for much boldness and agility. Perhaps a little weaker than other wars, but with the same purpose to conquer or to bring about a transformation. This war, as the others, claims lives. Therefore, I do not consider it better or worse. But nothing, down attached them the link to a video on the guerrillas in Colombia.

The civil war

In general, the civil war is the conflict that is given by the encounter between two different ideologies. This confrontation occurs in the same territory, whether village, town or community. You can intervene the foreign forces, turning this conflict into an international one. The particular objective of this war is the succession of a territory. The civil war can be seen as a revolution if the redistribution of the majority of a society happens.

The Spanish civil war of the last century, lasted two years and eight months. In this Spanish conflict encountered by the parties of republicans and nationalists. The Spanish civil war had several stages, such as: class struggle, the war of religion, a clash of nationalisms opposites, the struggle between military dictatorship and democracy, between revolution and counterrevolution, between fascism and communism. Elaborating a bit about the consequences of this conflict, it is worth mentioning the increase of the mortality, the birth rate decrease, the destruction of cities, the economic structure, the artistic heritage, at the end of the so-called Silver Age of letters and sciences Spanish, and the political sector was also affected.

In general terms, we've all heard the term civil wars. This conflict is very old, as well as in the country of Ukraine are going through in these moments by this conflict. Below I attached a few photos on the example of the Spanish civil war, a conflict that still hurts into the memories of the spaniards. As I always say, until then!

The limited wars

Another style of war, is the limited war. These conflicts are, as the name says, limit. These wars are very different from the total wars, which we talked about earlier. What's more, we can say that they are quite the opposite. In definition, limited wars are restricted in the geographical area, the weapons that can be used, the type of lens who want to attack, or the degree of mobilization.

For 1945, the great powers (E. E. U. U. and USSR) autoimpusieron not use armamiento nuclear. Another example of these conflicts, are The Korean War (1950-1953) and The Vietnam War (1965-1975). We can do this because it's not engaged all its resources-natural, human, economic, or used by U.s. soldiers. Two other wars that will fit in this category were The Falklands War (1982), this conflict was between Argentina and the United Kingdom; and The First Gulf War (1990-1991).

This conflict, as we have seen, is one that does not involve all the resources, but that is limited. It is for this reason that we can establish the differences between the total wars, that in the opposite way, involving all of its resources to achieve victory. Below I attached some photos of the aforementioned examples. As always, it is a pleasure to pass by here. The next time we see you, we will discuss the civil wars.

The Total Wars

Total war, as the name implies, involves the application of all resources (human, military, industrial, agricultural, natural, technological, scientific, or any other) resources of a nation. The purpose of this war is completely defeating the enemy. The total war concept came into use since the nineteenth century, but the conflicts seen today are now known as total war and were already taking place for centuries before. Carl Von Clausewitz is known for been in the military and he is credited with the mentioned concept. Initially, Clausewitz called such conflicts "absolute war" the difference between these concepts is the domain of war on the government and the prospect of victory.
The Napoleonic wars are examples of total war. The background of these wars begin when a French army desertion just faced when monetary resources were not sufficient to sustain the war in the eighteenth century. This was what prompted France to declare total war. Thus, the French government was responsible for finding all the necessary resources, and employed. This as the trait of total war, broke with the everyday life, since the main purpose of the nation was war. This mandatory sense, became reformed with Napoleon Bonaparte, who through total war managed to acquire control of much of continental Europe.
The total wars have been around for a long time, therefore, there are many examples. Later I will detail the most important total wars of the twentieth century, as before mentioned was the bloodiest. Below I enclose you a video of a video game trailer on total wars. Graphically you can see some examples of wars, weapons, army and more which are the main basis of total war you soon!

The War

War is a socio-economic conflict that arises between a group of people or nations. With it the state of peace breaks and vanishes. The objective of war may vary. Controlling human or natural resources or to impose any kind of religion or ideology, or disarmament, and / or destruction of the enemy are among the objectives. In science, politics and international relations, war is a political tool for a state or organization for political purposes.
There are four common types of wars that I will be commenting on this blog; total war, limited war, guerrillas and civil war. Wars include the conflicts that have a nation with another or internal conflicts among the citizens themselves. I’m also going to analyze the twentieth century, which undoubtedly was the bloodiest by the magnitude and persistence of this wars, including a bit of history. On the other hand, the concept of civil wars I will be more open to discuss this topic, because even nowadays there are some.
Overall, the topic of war seems very interesting. For this reason I like to learn and reflect from it. As the quote from Napoleon Bonaparte said: "Whoever does not know history are doomed to repeat it". This reflective quote invites us to learn from the past to know where we want to go in a future. Let’s continue learning about war!
